The warm up is the most important part of your workout. Get your body ready for activity with this dynamic total body warm up!
Just over two weeks ago, I entered my last year of my 20s! While 29 doesn’t feel any different than 28, it’s got me thinking about what I need to do to stay as healthy as possible for years to come. What immediately comes to mind (and this IS different than years past) is mobility and how important it is to my routine. As I get older, it’s hard to deny how important it is to work regular mobility into my routine through warm ups, cool downs, and workouts like yoga. In years past, I’ve been guilty of jumping straight into a workout without warming up, but lately I’ve changed my tune.
