Getting my sweat on is easily one of my favorite parts of the day. When my workout of the day includes pumping iron for my upper body I love it even more! Today’s workout is a quick and effective upper body burner that will target your shoulders, back, and triceps. Try this workout after a long run, a few HIIT rounds, or on its own.
