Happy Friday and happy GOOD Friday! I hope that you enjoy a wonderful Easter with your family this weekend! As for me, I’m waking up in Houston, TX, this morning and preparing to go hunt down a pretty white dress with my newly engaged cousin! 🙂 I’ll be flying home soon to hug my family’s neck and remember that in two days He is Risen! ONE // My Half Marathon PR!
This definitely tops the list as my “favorite moment” from the month of March! 🙂 Last Saturday, I had a huge running WIN at the Energy City Half Marathon and kicked my previous record in the pants. You can read my race recap here!

TWO // L’Oreal Quick Dry Primer Spray
This product has been on repeat on hair washing days! I have a lot of hair, so the idea of washing, drying, and styling it is always an overwhelming undertaking. This stuff really does cut the drying time down. It also smells great and is super affordable! I snagged mine at Target. If you’ve got super thick hair, or just a lot of it like I do, I recommend this product to save you a TON of time in the mornings!
THREE // 30-Minute Tempo Run
My favorite workout of the month was my final run last week before race day. It was just a great workout! I’ve learned I really enjoy tempo runs, the weather was awesome, and Pippa got to join me. I’m looking forward to many more good runs like that this spring. A 30-minute run is a great length too — not too long, but short enough to tack some strength onto as well.

FOUR // Apples + Peanut Butter
My favorite food (or snack or meal or whatever) from this month is apples and pb! If I’m being honest, this is a favorite every month, but in the month of March it was just so easy. With being off for spring break and not wanting to take the time to meal plan and prep, I always knew I could reach for a healthy snack of apples and a bit of peanut butter. Sometimes I even add chocolate chips. 🙂
FIVE // Blog Post
My favorite blog post of the month was this one about Setting SMART Goals! SMART Goals can be terrifying (they are for me), but they can truly help hold you accountable and moving toward bigger and better things. This article takes SMART Goals from a health perspective, but the principles can be applied to any area of your life.
