Today’s article is just a good old fashioned blog post. Buckle in for some Friday Favorites and share yours in the comments!
It’s Friday! Truthfully, I’m very excited about that. (What’s new?) It’s been a busy, busy week around these parts and I’m looking forward to a break. I’m also looking forward to some QT with my hubs. We’ve had contractors in our house getting doors and windows updated for about the last week… So I’ll be welcoming the quiet. 🙂 How was your week? Fantastic, I hope! Hang out for my Friday Faves and then tell me all about YOURS in the comments!
ONE // It’s Friday!!
It’s Friday. That lands itself at the top of the list without requiring much explanation. Weekends are just the best, aren’t they?
TWO // New Challenge Group!

It kicks off Monday and there are a ton of ladies already signed up and ready to crush it. There’s still room for YOU if you’re interested. If you could use a little bit of extra support and motivation when it comes to your health and fitness goals, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me! I would love to chat with you about your goals and help you create a plan that is sustainable and fits YOUR lifestyle.❤

THREE // Our anniversary weekend
As of Monday, my husband and I will be celebrating two years of marriage! Some days it feels like these two years have FLOWN by, and others, it feels like it’s been so much longer. But always in a good way! He’s pretty freaking cool and I’m so glad I get to hang out with my best friend everyday. He’s my favorite. 🙂
FOUR // Simplified Meal Planning
I can get stressed out really easily over meal planning. I don’t really know why because I have favorites that I always go back to, especially when it comes to snacks. Lately I’ve been trying to take the pressure off by just piecing meals together by their components (veggie + protein + carb, etc.) instead of thinking that every meal has to be this crazy elaborate thing. The meal plan I’m using right now suggest this and I don’t know why I didn’t think of it on my own. But now that I’m putting it into practice I feel so much less stress when ti comes to meal planning time!
