Hey, friends–happy Friday! Can you believe we’re already facing the last Friday of June? I feel like this summer is flying by. Being so very busy and on the road again this weekend I’m sure is contributing to these feelings. Before we jump into July I want to take a minute to recap June and some of my favorites from the month past!
ONE // 80 Day Obsession
I feel like I’ve listed 80 Day Obsession on my monthly favorites for like the last three months. And, well, it is 80 days long. But I’m excited to say that as of TOMORROW I will be completely finished with the program! Yahoo–that is definitely a favorite!

TWO // Beachbody on Demand
Speaking of 80 Day Obsession, I was very thankful for Beachbody on Demand when I was traveling earlier this month. I was able to download my workouts and do them in the hotel, keeping me on track for my scheduled completion date! Have you thought about trying BOD? I blogged about a couple of ways you can try it for free if you’re interested!
THREE // New York Trip
I finally (finally!) got to visit NYC a couple of weeks ago and do so many things I’ve always wanted to do. Namely seeing Wicked for the first time. 🙂 Of course, I learned A LOT in the conference I attended and ate some fantastic food. There was so much I would’ve liked to do that we didn’t get to, so I hope to make it back someday!
FOUR // Breakfast on Repeat
Another favorite this month is this breakfast I’ve been having almost daily. It’s super simple and I just can’t stop eating it. Steamed butternut squash (from the freezer section), a fried egg, Ezekiel toast with a smear of peanut butter, and some fruit–usually an apple or a peach! Oh my goodness. It’s so good and it ticks all the major food group boxes! I hope I have time to keep this meal in the rotation after school starts back up!

FIVE // 30-Minute Speed Workout
Finally, another favorite for June was this speed workout I shared earlier this week! It was one of my go-tos during my last half marathon training cycle. It’s only 30 minutes and is perfect for the gym or for running through your neighborhood!
