Wait… Is it REALLY July 15th already?! Somehow it really is. But that’s ok because tomorrow kicks off my first official day of LIIFT4! I’m super excited to start this 8-week program. My excitement was heightened this week as I completed B4 LIIFT4 as a preview. Read on to see how the week went and then tell me about YOURS in the comments!❤️
Sunday, 7/8/18:
Rest day! We spent the day driving home from vacation. We got home around 5:00, watched a movie, and then went to bed early!
Monday, 7/9/18:
Monday was my first official day of B4 LIIFT4–Woohoo!! The workout was chest/back and only 20 minutes. I also got in a quick treadmill run afterward that had me sweaty, sweaty!

Tuesday, 7/10/18:
B4 LIIFT4 Day 2! I rocked Tuesday morning with a 5:30 wake up call and a 20-minute leg day. It was 10 minutes of heavy lifting followed by 10 minutes of HIIT. I also added in some focused stretching afterward.
Wednesday, 7/11/18:
Wednesday held run #2 for the week, some core work, and more stretching. Because it’s been so long since I’ve run regularly, I’m easing back into it with run/walk intervals. It’s coming back to me quickly–each run back has been faster. I’ll take it! Later in the day, my husband and I had a middle-of-the-day movie date to see Ant Man & The Wasp! So funny–I definitely recommend it.
Thursday, 7/12/18:
I got an intense upper body workout on Thursday with shoulders, arms, intervals, and abs! Again, I finished up with a quick run. It was only 2 miles, but it was a beautiful 2 miles! I headed out as the sun was beginning to rise and it was the perfect way to start off my day.

Friday, 7/13/18:
HIIT day! I slept in Friday morning and didn’t really feel like working out, but I did it anyway. At only 20 minutes, I figured I didn’t have much of an excuse to skip out! Sumo squat jumps, criss cross mountain climbers, and so much more had me sweating, huffing, and puffing by the end of the day!
Saturday, 7/14/18:
For my Saturday recovery, I chose to do a PiYo workout I haven’t done in a while. PiYo Sweat, at only 35 minutes was the perfect way to stretch out before heading out to a Usborne books party a friend was hosting!
The rest of today will be spent RELAXING! I’ve downloaded a new book which I’m looking forward to getting lost in. What about you? Are you interested in trying out LIIFT4 or other Beachbody workouts?
