Yesterday, I did a kind of workout I never had before. It was an upper body quad set that left me having pumped out 120 reps in like… five minutes.😳 My arms were DEAD by the end. I’m sure this isn’t a new form of training, but I enjoyed it so much, I had to share it with you guys! Check it out and let me know if you give it a try!

Ideally, this circuit would be included with one or two others to create a full length workout. But trust me, you’ll get the idea just from this one! I’ve found a whole new style of training that I can’t wait to explore more. If you test out this workout, I’d love to know what you think!
