Happy Wednesday, everyone! I’m coming at you today with another new workout. This one will work those amazing abs of yours! Now, we all know that JUST working abs won’t give you a six pack or shed the pounds, but incorporating core work is still important.
I like to incorporate some ab work every few days, especially when I’m upping my miles. Having a stronger core is helpful all the way around–it helps to better running form, strengthens the pelvic floor, and helps you out with virtually all other strength movements. While doing nothing but crunches won’t give you the abs of your dreams, don’t negate the importance of core work to your overall routine.
Equipment Needed:
-NONE!
Tips:
-Warm up first
-Cool down afterward
-Tack this on to an upper body workout or after a run for more benefit!

This is a good one to tack on to the end of an upper body or total body workout to hit every angle, or even include at the end of a run. If you try this workout, I’d love to know what you think!
