Happy Monday, everyone! We had a great weekend over here celebrating my husband’s birthday, but making sure to get some R+R in too. You know, R+R in the form of binge watching Making a Murderer Part 2 for HOURS yesterday. Hope you all had a great weekend as well! I don’t have anything special to share today. Just recapping last week’s workouts as I usually do. Hang around and let me know how you got active in the comments.
Sunday, 10/14/18:
As usual, Sunday consisted of yoga, but I had a lot of trouble motivating myself to do. I did a 10-minute flow followed by another 10 or so minutes of just straight stretching.

Monday, 10/15/18:
I have had low motivation for weight lifting lately, but felt a fresh resurgence on Monday to tackle a legs and abs workout. It left me sore for days!
Tuesday, 10/16/18:
Cardio conditioning was on the docket for Tuesday and it left me a sweaty mess.
Wednesday, 10/17/18:
Wednesday was another weight lifting workout, but this time for back and shoulders. I also launched a new giveaway that runs through this Wednesday! Check the details here.
Thursday, 10/18/18:
Rest day.

Friday, 10/19/18:
Friday morning I was super tired, so my planned weight lifting didn’t happen. I compromised with a short upper body workout that ended in a gentle yoga flow.
Saturday, 10/20/18:
We had company coming to town to celebrate my husband’s birthday Saturday, so my workout had to be fast! I hit total body in about 20 minutes and called it G-O-O-D!
