Today, I’m sharing my intentions and goals for the month of March.
Happy March 1! Can you believe that we are already two full months into 2019? I can’t… Especially since I’ve officially hit the 6-month mark of pregnancy and am fast approaching the third trimester.
This semester is flying by already (Spring Break starts next week!), so I wanted to take a few minutes to set some intentions for the month of March before it got away from me. Do you set monthly intentions?

ONE // Start “nesting”
This baby is coming much sooner than later, so it’s time to get organized! I hope to use the week I’m off for Spring Break to get some of that done. I’ve known I need to do this (for months, obviously), but now we’re starting to get down to the wire!
TWO // Continue working out 5-6 days a week
I have been so proud of myself throughout this pregnancy. Since I got out of the fog of first trimester exhaustion I have been able to keep up a schedule of 5-6 workouts each week. I hit the third trimester in just a couple of weeks and I don’t know how things will change, but I’m hoping to keep working out as close to my due date as possible.

While there’s so much more going on in life right now, I’m trying to EMBRACE everything as it comes. I’ve learned that I can set all the goals and intentions I want, but sometimes takes its own course. For the month of March I plan to do my best, but not beat myself up if things don’t go my way.
