Today, I’m sharing what’s “currently” going on at the I Am Teacher Fit headquarters for the month of March 2018!

How is it possible that we’re already a full week into the month of March? Not sure, but I’m kind of digging it. The weather has been very spring-like here, I have a week off coming up, and I’m trying to take a deep breath of fresh air and shake off the stress that’s been plaguing me lately. In that spirit, it’s time for the latest rendition of “Currently”. Today, I’m linking up with Anne and Sarah.
PLANNING // My blogging strategy for March and the coming months. For the past nine-ish months I’ve been cranking out four posts per week without much problem. Recently, that’s becoming harder and harder. As someone who likes to plan ahead, it causes a severe amount of stress to be typing up a post mere hours before it’s set to go live. That said, I think I’ll be cutting back for a while and focusing on quality over quantity, you know, as the pros say to do. How do you balance blogging with real life?
SEEING // The fruits of my labors within half marathon training. I run about three days a week and in this cycle I’ve focused a lot on trying to become faster. Over the weekend, I had a great long run with some of the fastest paces I’ve seen. Hard work pays off!
MAKING // Plans for Spring Break. As of 4:00 Friday, I’m off for a week! I have grand plans for doing things like getting my hair cut, getting my nails done, cleaning out the closets, and trying to get some blogging done.
PRETENDING // To have it all together. But in reality, I’m supremely busy, though I don’t feel terribly productive. I have to write anything and everything down or I’ll forget it all, and my house isn’t half as clean as I’d like it to be. Hence why I’m looking so forward to Spring Break!
WEARING // The most comfortable jogger sweats from Target. These pants are my new best friend. Seriously — they are so cozy and my new go-to for afternoons, evenings, and weekends. I kind of want to buy a few more pairs so it doesn’t seem like I’m wearing the same pants all the time. 🙂
Question: What are you currently up to this first Wednesday of the month?
Be sure to come back next month and link up your current happenings for April! I’ll be guest hosting with Anne on Wednesday, April 4, where we’ll be discussing what we’re currently showering, cultivating, expecting, buying, and cooking!

Yay for getting a spring break! I’m loving those joggers – they seem so comfy. 🙂 I also need to do better with blogging ahead. I’ve been doing most of it really last minute these days and that’s tough to maintain.

Is it just me, or did January feel like it lasted forever and then February seemed to fly by? Way to go with your marathon training! That’s awesome. I need to get some of those joggers. They look so cozy!

Hooray for getting faster! What half marathon are you doing? I’m doing a 10-mile in May and a half-marathon in June so it’s about time for me to get more serious about training!
Those joggers look so comfy and I love the color.

Yay for getting fast – nice work! And I go back and forth on the whole blogging schedule too. I am a planner and like to have everything all set to go, but some weeks it just doesn’t happen because I’m low on inspiration or on time, and then it gets a little stressful. About a year ago I just decided that I was going to be okay with skipping a day here and there, and not feel like I needed to explain it to myself or to readers. It’s working for me 🙂

I almost bought those joggers at Target the other day. Now that I’m hearing how great they are, I may need to stop back and actually purchase them!

My favourite part of any training program is when you realize that you can see results. Makes it so worth while doesn’t it! Have fun on Spring Break!

Wow, you’ve been posting 4 times a week and also marathon training? You’ve definitely earned your spring break. Not sure that cleaning the house is a great spring break goal so try to plan some fun too.
