This lower body builder workout will shape and sculpt your legs and booty! Test it out and get to sweating!
Raise your hand if you love working lower body!🙋🏻 I do and I love all the benefits it provides. As some of the largest muscles in your body, glute, quad, and hamstring exercises burn more calories, shaping and sculpting in the lower body is a great confidence booster, and having a strong lower body gives you more power and makes you a faster runner! These are all reasons enough to get me to work lower body!
I love mixing up my lower body workouts with resistance bands and plyometrics, but sometimes the old faithful exercises are you need to get a good sweat going. This lower body builder workout sticks to the basics, but packs a big punch.
-Dumbbells
-Exercise Ball (optional)
-Mat (optional)

For the hamstring curls, I usually opt to do them one of two ways. 1) I’ll lie on my stomach with a dumbbell between my feet and curl my legs back toward my body, or 2) I’ll lie on my back and prop my feet up on an exercise ball and curl the ball in towards me. The second method uses no weight, but holy moly it burns! If you try this workout, I’d love to know what you think about it!
