Happy Wednesday, everyone! Today, I’m sharing a core workout that also features some quick cardio intervals. I find that if I work my core independently of anything else, I like to get my heart rate up too so I’m working just a little harder. However, this quick core workout is also a great work to tack on to any other routine!
