Happy Friday! I don’t know about you, but I’m shocked that it’s the final Friday of April. It feels like 2018 is flying by. I’m excited to see what the rest of the year holds, but for now, I’m sharing my monthly favorites! This post will recap my favorite workout, product, moment, food, and blog post of the month. Please hang out for a minute and share your FAVORITES in the comments!
ONE // Cardio Flow
My favorite workout of the month? Cardio Flow! Cardio Flow is the endurance based workout that is part of the 80 Day Obsession program (Curious about it? Let me know and I will give you all the details!) and it’s very…repetitive. So many people do not enjoy this workout for that reason, but I’m loving it. First of all, I love the moves (think bear crawls, mules, duck walks). Second of all, I’ve sadly not been running as much as I’d like, but this workout is helping to keep my endurance up.
TWO // It Cosmetics CC Cream
Another favorite from the month of April has definitely been my It Cosmetics CC Cream! I’ve heard so many things about this product, for some reason was hesitant to give it a try. I ran out of the Urban Decay BB cream was using, so snatched this up on the recommendation of many. I love it! It lasts all day, and it really is like my skin, but better. It goes on smoothly, blends well, and gives me the perfect amount of color and coverage for a regular day.
This was less of a moment than it was just the span of a few great days. Our anniversary was Monday, but we kind of spent all weekend just hanging out together and enjoying it. I had to go out of town to be fitted for a bridesmaid’s dress, so we just decided to make a day of it. We had a great anniversary lunch, a couple of drinks, and just enjoyed the time. It was great!
FOUR // Shakeology
My favorite food of the month is definitely Shakeology. Recently, I’ve begun adding this into my routine daily as part of my mid morning meal. I try to eat clean as much as possible each day, but I often fall short when it comes to vegetables. Shakeology ensures that I get in SO MANY micronutrients that I’m missing in other areas, as well as my protein. A bonus–it tastes great.
FIVE // Blog Post of the Month
My favorite blog post from the month of April was part of the Habits of Longterm Health series. The fourth habit in this series focuses on setting priorities. Prioritizing s one of the most important components to any healthy lifestyle. Regardless of how badly you want to achieve something, if it doesn’t become priority, it won’t become a reality. I suggest giving this one a read!

I have not had shakeology. I don’t use supplements, powders, or anything like that mostly cause I’m cheap and easily get what I need from real Whole Foods.
I’ll surely check out that habits of long term health post! Sounds great

April for us was half cold weather and only half fun. My favorite moment so far was the weekend at the beach! Thanks for linking up.

I’ve never tired Shakeology. Haven’t drunk the Beach Body koolaid (although I do like some of their programs).
I’ve heard about the 80 Day Obsession — I must say that Cardo Flow sounds fun!

Looking back, April was a pretty good month for me! My chorus concerts are over and the PSSAs are over, so it’s just smooth sailing from here. I’m so glad warm weather is here to stay!

My favorite moment was my cousin’s wedding. It was such a fun weekend, and my cousin looked so beautiful.
