Today, I’m recapping last week’s workouts and the second week of the Tone It Up Love Your Body Series! Join as I share lessons learned and how I’m moving forward.
Here we are, looking at Monday again. Last week was a bit of a whirlwind. I guess short weeks can be that way sometimes. I felt like I was trying to catch up all week after resting on Monday. Nevertheless, I tried to stay on top of my workouts and have a strong week of the Tone It Up Love Your Body Challenge!
Sunday, 1/20/19: Sunday I squeezed in a (very) quick treadmill jog, and then followed it with some back work and yoga booty!

Monday, 1/21/19: I had Monday off and I feel like I struck just the right balance of rest and work. I watched tv, but I also cleaned the house, and got in a workout! It was a total body day and totally efficient.
Tuesday, 1/22/19: Tuesday I squeezed in another quick jog and another total body day before starting the work week.
Wednesday, 1/23/19: Lower body was on the agenda for Wednesday. It was equipment free, but still gave me a good burn!

Thursday, 1/24/19: Rest day.
Friday, 1/25/19: Friday was an upper body day and I did one of my favorite workouts. I always like starting the weekend with an upper body workout.
Saturday, 1/26/19: Saturday, after being lazy all morning, I finally got moving with another total body workout. I guess that was my theme for most of the week–work it all!
